Bioelectricity a quintessential characteristic of neural tissue and has crucial role physiological therapeutics development. Here, wireless electromagnetic stimulation patch was created, combining through induction with physical guidance cues structural anisotropy. melt electrowritten biocompatible, bioresorbable polycaprolactone anisotropic structure glancing angle deposition 80 nm gold directly endowed incorporation energy harvesting component the patch, as an delivery system interfacing cells. biocompatibility capacity to deliver promote neurite outgrowth confirmed vitro. Electromagnetically (60 mV, 40 kHz, 2 h/day, 5 days) stimulated PC12 cells showed 73.2% increased compared grown without stimulation. shows great potential for non-invasive advancement.
